The Legend of the Unluckiest Donkey in the Village 🫏😂
There once lived a donkey who had received more help than most people receive in three lifetimes.
People gave him food.
He complained about the menu.They gave him work.
He complained about the hours.They opened doors for him.
He stood outside criticizing the hinges.They gave him advice.
He explained why everyone giving advice was stupid.They gave him second chances, third chances, fourth chances—and enough handouts to qualify as a government department.
Yet somehow, every opportunity disappeared, every bridge burned, every wallet emptied, and every person who tried to help eventually became “the enemy.”
According to the donkey, his problems were caused by:
The owner.
The village.
The weather.
The economy.
Successful people.
Jealous people.
Rich people.
Poor people.
The road.
The grass.
And probably Mercury being in microwave.Everyone was wrong.
Except, of course, the donkey standing broke, hungry, dirty, unemployed, and delivering daily motivational speeches about why life had treated him unfairly.
Meanwhile, the other donkeys quietly carried their loads, learned from mistakes, built better lives, ate well, stayed clean, and moved forward.
Naturally, our hero concluded that they were all “lucky.”
Because admitting that hard work, discipline, gratitude, and accountability matter would have required him to carry the one load he feared most:
Responsibility.
Life lesson:
You can give a donkey water, food, work, advice, money, contacts, opportunities, and unlimited chances—but you cannot give it ambition, common sense, or the courage to look in the mirror.At some point, when every boss is bad, every friend is fake, every opportunity is unfair, and everyone else is wrong…
Maybe it is time to stop investigating the entire village
and interview the donkey. 🫏🤣

حتى ولا خاصهم يفتحو ليه وزارة خاصة بالفرص الضائعة.
ولكن الغريب…
كل فرصة كتضيع.
كل جسر كيتحرق.
كل واحد وقف معاه كيولي “عدو.”
وسولتيه: “شكون السبب؟”
قالك:
- المخدّم.
- الدّوار.
- الحكومة.
- الجو.
- الاقتصاد.
- الناس اللي خدامين.
- الناس اللي ما خدامينش.
- الغني.
- الفقير.
- الطريق.
- حتى الزرواطة ديال الحمار الآخر.
يمكن غير الشمس طلعات من الجهة الغالطة. ☀️😂
أما هو؟
لا…
هو معمره غلط.
مستحيل.
هو غير ضحية ديال كون كامل الأرض متآمرة عليه.
وفنفس الوقت…
الحمير الآخرين ساكتين…
كيشدو الحمل…
كيتعلمو من الغلط…
كيزيدو القدّام…
وكياكلو مزيان.
أما صاحبنا…

حيت الاعتراف بأن الخدمة، الانضباط، وتحمل المسؤولية هما السبب…
هاد الحمل بالذات…
هو الوحيد اللي عمر الحمار ما قدر يهزو.
العبرة:
تقدر تعطي للحمار:
- الماكلة.
- الفلوس.
- الخدمة.
- النصيحة.
- العلاقات.
- الفرص.
ولكن…
ما تقدرش تعطيه الرغبة يخدم،
ولا العقل باش يتعلم،
ولا الشجاعة باش يشوف راسو فالمراية.
وفي واحد اللحظة…
إلى كان كل مخدّم خايب…
وكل صاحب منافق…
وكل فرصة ظالمة…
وكل الناس غالطين…
يمكن…
المشكل ماشي فالدّوار كامل…
يمكن خاص غير نسولو الحمار شنو واقع. 🫏
Support provided by his first employer – and he lost the job after 3 months – الدعم الذي تلقاه من صاحب عمله الأول – وفقد وظيفته بعد 3 أشهر –
According to his former employer:
- Paid for his work visa (Non-B) before he arrived in Thailand.
- Paid for his flight from Morocco to Thailand.
- Rebooked/rescheduled his flight multiple times at his request.
- Paid him one month’s salary in advance.
- Gave him another salary advance after only about 10 days of work.
- Bought him clothes because he didn’t have suitable work attire.
- Continued helping him despite financial requests.
- Allowed him to work despite difficulties adapting.
- Says he lost approximately 35,000 THB overall.
- States that about 4,000 THB was taken from his office drawer without permission, and that he later admitted taking it while saying he was mentally disturbed.
على حساب المشغّل السابق ديالو:
خلّص ليه فيزا الخدمة (Non-B) قبل ما يوصل لتايلاند.
خلّص ليه تيكي ديال الطيارة من المغرب لتايلاند.
بدّل ليه وحجز ليه الطيارة من جديد أكثر من مرة بطلب منّو.
عطاه شهر ديال السالير مسبقًا.
وزاد عطاه سلفة أخرى غير من بعد حوالي 10 أيام ديال الخدمة.
شرا ليه حوايج حيث ما كانش عندو لباس مناسب للخدمة.
بقى كيساعدو رغم الطلبات المالية اللي كانت كاتجي منّو.
خلّاه يخدم رغم الصعوبات اللي كان عندو باش يتأقلم.
كيقول باللي خسر تقريبًا 35,000 بات تايلاندي فالمجموع.
وكيقول حتى باللي حوالي 4,000 بات تاخدات من درج المكتب ديالو بلا إذن، ومن بعد اعترف باللي هو اللي خداهم وقال باللي فداك الوقت كان مضطرب نفسيًا.
2nd EMPLOYER IN THAILAND — SAME RESULT AGAIN – Support provided by his 2nd employer – and he lost the job in less than 1 month –المُشَغِّل الثاني فتايلاند — نفس النتيجة
المساعدة اللي قدمها ليه المُشَغِّل الثاني ديالو — ورغم هاد الشي كامل، خسر الخدمة فقل من شهر. –
Afterward, I discovered that he had also worked for a third employer in Pattaya. He did not even complete the one-month trial period.
I came across several TikTok videos showing him working at a language school, so I contacted someone from the company simply to confirm whether he was still employed there. Their response was not surprising.
They confirmed that he had already been dismissed because of what they described as his terrible work attitude during the trial period. They clearly stated that he was not suitable for the position.
They also informed me that one of their staff members had lent him money. After he left, they completely lost contact with him and were unable to reach him.
This is now the third separate business in Thailand where the same pattern appears: he receives an opportunity, financial assistance and support, but the employment quickly fails. He then disappears, leaves unresolved financial obligations or blames other people for the consequences.
At some point, when the same outcome follows someone through several unrelated employers, the problem can no longer reasonably be blamed on the country, the workplace, the employer or the lack of help.
It becomes a pattern created by the person himself.

المساعدة اللي قدمها ليه المُشَغِّل الثاني ديالو — ورغم هاد الشي كامل، خسر الخدمة فقل من شهر.
لقيت شحال من فيديو فـTikTok كيبان فيهم خدام فواحد مدرسة ديال اللغات، وتاصلت بشي واحد من الشركة غير باش نتأكد واش مازال خدام معاهم. والجواب ديالهم ما فاجأنيش نهائياً.
أكدوا ليا بلي كانوا ديجا سرّحوه من الخدمة بسبب داكشي اللي وصفوه بسلوك مهني خايب بزاف خلال الفترة التجريبية. وقالوها بوضوح بلي ما كانش مناسب للمنصب.
وزادو خبروني بلي واحد الموظف عندهم حتى هو سلفو الفلوس. ومن بعد ما مشى، تقطع الاتصال بيه نهائياً وما بقاوش قادرين يوصلو ليه.
هاد الشي دابا هو ثالث مشروع مختلف فتايلاند كيبان فيه نفس السيناريو: كيتعطى ليه العمل، والمساعدة المادية، والدعم، ولكن الخدمة كتفشل بسرعة. ومن بعد كيختافي، وكيخلي وراه مشاكل مادية ما تسواتش، ولا كيبدا يلوم الناس الآخرين على النتائج ديال الاختيارات ديالو.
ملي نفس النتيجة كتبقى كتعاود مع نفس الشخص عند عدة مُشغّلين ما عندهم حتى علاقة ببعضياتهم، ما بقاش معقول نلومو البلاد، ولا الخدمة، ولا المشغّل، ولا نقولو ما تلقاش المساعدة.
هاد الشي كيولي نمط كيخلقو الشخص براسو.
Support provided by another well established & successful business person (Half Canadian – Half Moroccan) who happened to have pity of his situation. Mr Kaina & his wife helped him as he was desperate for help (Broke and homeless):
- All the attached pictures below are proof of every single thing mentioned below. the whole log of WhatsApp conversation with him and the succesful business people that tried to help him after he went to ZERO.
- They Encouraged him to pursue starting his own business – they suggested, he was grateful and couldn’t believe the big handout they offered. they told him build online while you are working … ! but he was stupid and he quit immediately lol
- they Allowed him to stay in their staff accommodation free of charge. because when he quit his job .. he had to pay rent in his Miserable room and a miserable building. he said anything we can provide him will be ok. Free is better than live somewhere you cannot pay rent because he was unemployed.
- Covered his accommodation expenses (bed, bed sheets, .. etc – I can post later the room pictures! because later on when he got let go because his laziness .. he said that room was not good. hahah Unemployed, and he want to live like a 5 star resort). the level of stupidity in this guy is unheard of!
- they Paid for his visa run to Cambodia. because in thailand when you quit your job or get fired .. your employer no longer is responsible for your visa or work permit. he had to leave Thailand unless he goes to the border for a visa run (in-out). he had zero $ in his bank account. these kind successful business couple decide to pay for everything so he can go on this trip and back to get an extension to be able to stay in thailand for another 60-90days. - Paid for his transportation related to the visa run. (proof picture attached below)
- Paid for his hotel during the trip. (proof picture attached below)
- Helped him maintain his legal immigration status. he got a visa stamp upon his re-entry to thailand. (proof picture attached below)
- Bought him food. (proof picture attached below)
- Gave him spending money while he was unemployed. (proof picture attached below) – totalling over 25,000 THB in different occasions as shown in the whatsapp pictures below. (proof picture attached below)
- Bought him clothes. (proof picture attached below)
- Paid to build his marketing agency website. (proof picture attached below – receipt for Bluehost to pay for his Mickey Mouse ”ScaleUpScale.com – that later was claimed by whoever paid for him for it. he doesn’t deserve to have it)
- Gave him several weeks to get established and find clients. (proof picture attached below)
- Continued supporting him despite him not generating income. (proof picture attached below)
- Eventually asked him to leave the staff accommodation after about three weeks because he wasn’t making progress and the Successful business guy and his wife needed the accommodation for their employees and business.
- he was super lazy and pretended to be a winning horse while he was simply a donkey. he will never ever do anything in his life. he never did in Morocco, he didn’t make it in Thailand. and he will never make it. because it is not the Location, or the help he gets… etc It’s his nature of being lazy and stupid
المساعدة اللي قدمها ليه راجل أعمال آخر معروف وواقف على رجليه، غير حيث تحسر على الحالة اللي كان فيها. السي كاينا ومراتو وقفو معاه حيث كان محتاج للمساعدة بزاف:

تكلفو بمصاريف السكن ديالو.
خلصو ليه مصاريف الخرجة لكمبوديا باش يسوي وضعية الفيزا.
خلصو ليه مصاريف التنقل ديال هاد السفر.
خلصو ليه الفندق فديك الرحلة.
عاونوه باش يبقى الوضع القانوني ديالو فتايلاند سليم.
شراو ليه الماكلة.
عطاوه مصروف باش يقدر يعيش وهو بلا خدمة.
شراو ليه حوايج يلبس.
خلصو ليه بناء الموقع الإلكتروني ديال وكالة التسويق ديالو.
عطاوه عدة أسابيع باش يوقف على رجليه ويقلب على الزبائن.
بقاو كيساندوه رغم أنه ما كان كيدخل حتى شي مدخول.
وفالأخير طلبو منو يخلي السكن ديال الموظفين من بعد تقريباً ثلاثة أسابيع، حيث ما كان حتى تقدم وكانو محتاجين السكن باش يخدمو به المصلحة ديال الشركة
كان كسلان بزاف، وكان كيتصنّع بحال إلى هو حصان، وهو غير حمار. عمره ما غادي يدير حتى حاجة فحياتو. ما دار والو فالمغرب، وما نجحش فتايلاند، وعمره ما غادي ينجح. حيث المشكل ماشي فالبلاصة، ولا فالمساعدة اللي كيتلقاها… المشكل هو الطبيعة ديالو، كسلان وغبي.
